Conference Pass Photo Requirements

Please upload a recent head-and-shoulders photograph for your conference pass.

The image must:

  •  Show your full face, facing the camera, with a neutral expression
  •  Be taken against a plain white or light-coloured background
  •  Be clear, well lit and in focus (no heavy filters)
  •  Not include hats or sunglasses
  •  Be at least 1000 × 1000 pixels in JPG format

Images that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and require resubmission.

If you are unable to upload a photo, please indicate below. You will need to attend the Conference Registration Desk on Wednesday, 22 July between 10am and 4pm to have your photo taken and your pass issued. Please note that photos will not be taken once the Conference has commenced.
